I am a: Father, Husband, Leader, Follower, Veteran and life long learner.
Having served my last seven years as a First Sergeant in the Air Force, distinguished by the coveted "Diamond" within my chevrons. I wanted to pay homage to this heritage, so I named this company in tribute to my military roots.
Origins of the First Sergeant role can be traced back to the Roman legions, where the "Signifier" or the standard bearer was responsible for carrying the unit's colors into battle and maintaining order within the ranks. The signifier set and enforced the standard.
The term "Adamas," derived from Latin and Greek, meaning diamond or indestructible it signifies not only strength but also resilience. In Greek, it embodies the essence of being unbreakable. At Adamas Leadership, we carry forward this rich heritage, embracing the spirit of unbreakable leadership.
Our mission is clear: to face the unknown challenges ahead with the same unwavering commitment seen in the ranks of our service men and women. In every facet of our leadership, we draw strength from the enduring traditions that have shaped leaders throughout history, ensuring our resilience in the face of adversity.

Throughout my military journey, I have led teams of varying sizes, leveraging military precision to instill discipline, accountability, and a strong sense of duty. I have successfully navigated complex challenges, fostering a culture of resilience, integrity, and camaraderie within the teams I led. I have demonstrated leadership acumen in diverse roles, from guiding small teams to managing the human resources department for a sizable organization.
